Laser Machine Service near Nottingham, on a Lightblade 1490 – Sign Systems (UK) Ltd

The optical path was inspected. The mirrors were removed and inspected. Some were dirty but were able to be cleaned – see below. The customer was mainly using the machine for cutting so was using the 4″ lens. This was checked and cleaned.

The customer had a Purex 800i 3 tier filter system. The customer had recently changed the 3 filters, one main bag filter, one Hepa filter and one Chemical Hepa filter, the system had required that the FMU board also be replaced. The extraction system was tested for functionality, and was within working order.
