The visit to our customer, Harps Corp was for servicing flatbed laser markers and was conducted by our service engineer ‘Gavin Edwards’. He performed a standard service for one of our earliest customer, the service included, but is not limited too: –

- Tension Check on All Drive Belts

- Power Check @ Laser Tube & Laser Nozzle
- Check overall machine function by Test Cutting Customer Materials
Brief History – Harps Corp & Thinklaser
To give a brief background as where the relationship between Harps Corp and Thinklaser began. Harps Corp has been a customer of Thinklaser’s since our very first Lightblade machine, in fact they were the first customer to purchase a Lightblade Laser Engraving Machine system. We have come a long way since then. So have they, they bought a second machine from us a few years later and have not looked back since.
