Thinklaser Lightblade 1290 100 watt
Upon arrival at Origin Live the machine was visually inspected. The customer had replaced the 2 main power supplier inside the machine. The machine was in good condition. The mains input to the first power supply was tested with a digital voltmeter and it was showing the correct input voltage of 240v. Te continuity was tested from the main isolator to the first power supply an both the live and neutral were connected properly.
The engineer then checked the continuity from the rear of the mains socket to the Isolator. The neutral line showed a good connection, but the live was not showing any connection at all. So the issue was found to be with the mains socket. This was fully replaced with and the cables to the isolator were also renewed. The machine was then able to power on successfully.
