As part of the Thinklaser’s ongoing commitment to ISO9001 the customer satisfaction questionnaire will be circulated to all the company’s laser marking and engraving subcontract customers in order to obtain information on the company’ performance over the past year. Thinklaser managing Director, Adrian Norton states that it is vital we do not lose focus on our customer service ideals. In the past we have always scored highly on this part of our business and need to ensure that this service is not diluted as the company continues to grows. The response will also help us to determine which areas we need to invest in order maintain the levels of response currently experienced by our customer base.
