Alignment and beam health
After installing your GCC mirror replacements, we run a full laser beam alignment and check beam position in all corners of the laser’s working area. We ensure consistent cut quality, by checking the laser health with power readings and beam profiles from the exit aperture of the laser nozzle.
Care and cleaning
- Clean only when necessary with correct swabs and solvent
- Avoid scratching and over-cleaning
- Keep air-assist and extraction tuned to reduce contamination
