High Performance 3D printing for Engineering Polymers
See What We Can DoFeaturing the unique capability of 3D printing both advanced ceramics and metals on one machine. This technology is ideal for functional and aesthetic parts requiring complex geometries, high resolution, fine details, and smooth surface while benefiting from excellent material properties.
Featuring a large build volume and the unique capability of 3D printing both advanced ceramics and metals on one machine, optimized for high precision casting applications of silica shells and cores.
Innovative system reuses excess material for maximum feedstock efficiency
The Admaflex 130 3D printer has a patented feedstock system for printing metals and other heavy powders. The add-on overcomes the saddling problem of higher density materials. This makes the Admaflex 130 the world’s first DLP 3D printer to print metals.
In-process quality monitoring for full traceability of the printing process.
Full control of the printing process for feedstock flexibility and R&D freedom.
Upgradeable machine platforms for futureproof printing capability
The Admaflex 300 is an extremely stable machine designed with production applications in mind, capable of handling feedstocks with a broad range of viscosities. The printer comes with a standard build volume of 200x200x300 mm.

Advanced ceramics and metals for high-demand applications
The AdmaPrint feedstock is specially formulated using a mixture of photosensitive resins and advanced material powders (ceramic or metal), to create a slurry. The use of light curing and slurries allows for components with high resolution and very low surface roughness. Slurries also prevent potential health hazards and (cross) contamination often associated with the use of dry powders.
The AdmaPrint feedstock materials range includes advanced technical ceramics; Alumina, Zirconia, Silica and Hydroxyapatite. Our ceramic feedstocks can be used in a variety of industries from biocompatible implants to high precision investment casting cores. Our metal feedstock includes 316 & 17-4PH stainless, Inconel 625 and Copper and are used in a range of industries from medical to aerospace.
